Shipping Policy

At our store, we take the utmost care in packaging and shipping to ensure that Hermle products are delivered to our customers in the best possible condition.

Shipping Carriers

For domestic deliveries within Japan, Hermle products are shipped directly from the Hermle factory in Germany and transported to Japan via DHL.

We entrust our reliable partner, Kurofune Logistics Co., Ltd., with domestic distribution. Through Kurofune Logistics, established carriers such as Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, and Japan Post are selected to ensure that products are delivered safely and carefully to our customers.

For international deliveries, products are generally exported via DHL to the destination country. They are then handed over to local carriers within the destination country and finally delivered to the customer. Customs duties and related charges follow the principle of recipient’s responsibility (DAP: Delivered At Place), and customers are kindly requested to bear these costs. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Delivery Time

The standard delivery period is approximately 2–3 weeks.
Once the delivery schedule is confirmed, we will inform you by email.

Inspection

Before shipment, each Hermle product undergoes a careful inspection.
We confirm that there are no scratches or mechanical defects and only ship products that meet our standards for both appearance and functionality.

Please note that due to the natural characteristics of the materials, variations in wood grain or finish may occur. These are considered natural textures that meet our quality standards.

Shipping Fees

In principle, we offer free shipping.
However, additional shipping charges may apply for large items such as regulators and grandfather clocks. Customers will be notified in advance if such charges apply.

Packaging

Hermle clocks are delicate products that combine precise mechanisms with fine finishes.
To protect their value, we use special cushioning materials and double-box packaging to ensure safe delivery, while also taking care to preserve the external appearance.

Shipping Incidents

In the unlikely event of damage, loss, or other issues during transit, please contact our store immediately.
We will review the situation and respond with sincerity.

Delivery Date and Time Requests

If you have a preferred delivery date and time, please indicate it in the remarks column when placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
