Warranty Coverage

• Movement malfunctions that occur under normal use
• Initial manufacturing defects
• Chimes or hands not working properly (if there is no external injury)

Not covered by warranty

• Damage caused by dropping, tipping over, or transportation
• Scratches or deterioration of the exterior (wood, glass, etc.)
• Stops due to dead battery or forgetting to wind the mainspring
• Damage caused by modification or disassembly
• Damage caused by disasters such as fires and earthquakes

Conditions for receiving the warranty

Please provide your purchase order number or delivery slip . Depending on the product, we may ask you to confirm whether or not you have received scheduled maintenance.

Free rental service for replacement clocks

To support your living space during the repair period, we will provide you with a replacement clock of the same class free of charge, regardless of the purchase price .

• Rental conditions: Must be within the warranty period and eligible for repair
• The rental model will be selected by our company based on similar appearance and mechanism.
• As the number of rental units is limited, they are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Special mechanism items such as tellurium are handled using approximate models.
