In response to customer requests, we have started a watch repair service.

Until now, we have focused on Helmle products, but going forward we will be able to repair and maintain a wide range of clocks, including wall clocks, table clocks, grandfather clocks, and wristwatches, regardless of manufacturer or genre.

■ Repair procedure (simplified version)

1. Please contact us via the inquiry form or by phone.
2. Check the condition of the watch (preliminary diagnosis using photos, etc.)
3. Estimate submission
4. After you agree, we will take your watch and begin repairs.
5. Once repairs are completed, we will return the product to you.
